When I came to Nagoya, I had decided to try Hitsumabushi, so I decided on this one, which was close to the station. There was already a long line, but I waited in line for about 4 to 50 minutes 🤣, but it was delicious. I was able to enjoy the different flavors of each dish whether it was eaten as is, with seasonings, or with soup stock. The kushikatsu also had a sweet and easy-to-eat miso sauce, so The next day I went with miso. Thank you for the meal😋

It was the most delicious hitsumabushi. The aroma is strong and the texture is accented. I'm grateful for this quality near the station. The young people on the floor were also attentive, I had a good meal.

The restaurant was crowded so I decided to take out for the first time since I wanted to eat on the Shinkansen. Even when it was cold, the flavor of the eel was strong and delicious.

It was a fluffy eel. When eaten as is, it was crispy, and when the soup was poured over it, it became fluffy and delicious. Free refills of soup stock and condiments. For an additional 700 yen, you can get the top hitsumabushi, which seems to be 1.5 times the size of the eel, but I was still satisfied even without the top. I got in without lining up at 7:30pm on Friday!

I visited in the afternoon. There were seats available so I ordered right away. I was able to enjoy Hitsumabushi in a quiet space.

I ate here during an open run in September and came again as soon as I arrived in Nagoya in November. Watching the grilled eel while waiting was amazing. It looks clean and the menu is …
